1. What could be the reason if the shrink machine heats up slowly or fails to reach higher temperatures (above 160°C)?
Answer: The heater's wiring connects the main power line to a magnetic contactor, which then supplies power to the heating element. Therefore, you should first check whether each terminal of the magnetic contactor is functioning properly. If the circuit is missing one of the phases, the issue described above will occur.
If the magnetic switch is functioning properly, you can then inspect the meter to check whether the ohm readings for each phase match those of the machine. If everything checks out, it should indicate a short circuit. However, if all phases are connected but the wiring or heating tube still shows abnormalities, the heater will need to be replaced.
2. How can the LSA model be adjusted when the film material tends to shift during operation and fails to feed properly?
Answer: In L-type models, if membrane material misalignment occurs and adjusting the roll position and tension balance bars proves ineffective, you can resolve the issue by fine-tuning the angle of the upper triangular plate.
If the upper film material deviates from the clamping chain, adjust the upper triangular plate clockwise; if the lower film material drifts away from the clamping chain, adjust the upper triangular plate counterclockwise.
3. When packaging six bottles into a cluster pack using the LSA-504C model, the photoelectric sensor fails to detect the package, causing the machine to easily cut through the packaging during operation. How should this be adjusted?
Answer: The gaps between the individual bottles in the cluster packaging can interfere with the photoelectric sensor's detection. In such cases, you can adjust the horizontal photoelectric sensor's detection angle to an oblique position. This adjustment reduces the likelihood of the sensor detecting gaps in the packaging, thereby preventing misaligned cuts during operation.
